PADI Underwater Navigator
Why PADI Underwater Navigator?
Being able to navigate underwater avoids confusion, long surface swims and conserves air. You'll learn about underwater compasses and how to use them, estimate distance underwater accurately, and make use of natural features along the reef to know where you are at any time during your dive
What do I need to start?
All you need is your open water diver certification and you must be 10 years of age or older.
What will be included:
You will be doing 3 training dives on a single day at islands such as Sibuan, Mantabuan or Mabul
Free equipment rental and picnic lunch are provided
Boat transfers Semporna - Island - Semporna
Instructor tuition and PADI certification
Where can I go from here?
The Underwater Navigator course is great preparation for the Search and Recovery course. If you already have completed the PADI Advanced Open Water Diver course you will only need to complete 2 more underwater navigation training dives to earn this specialty rating.
