Terms and ConditionsPayment - Payment has to be settled immediately or before/on the date deadline or else bookings will be cancelled automatically. Itinerary - NBDSS reserves the right to change the travel itinerary without notice if safety, weather or other conditions beyond the control of NBDSS require that such changes be made. Refund - Any payment made is non-refundable and non-transferable to other dates. Permits to Sipadan need to be approved by the government, if the government doesn't approve a permit Sipadan Scuba will give a full refund for trips to Sipadan Island Flying after Diving Please take note of the latest Flying after Diving recommendations. We remind of a MINIMUM 18 HOURS surface interval after the final dive before flying! Insurance - To ensure peace of mind while on vacation, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Book your DAN dive travel insurance online. Diving Courses - Should the student diver be unable to finish the course within the time frame given (failed), he/she has to pay an extra fee for RM250/day for boat trips and teaching/guiding by one of our instructors until certification requirements as a PADI Open Water Diver or PADI Scuba Diver are met. All our PADI diving courses are performance based. Adapter - Please be informed that all of our tanks have INT valves. Those who have a DIN regulator please bring along an adapter. Certification - We wish to remind all divers to bring along your Log Book together with your Certification Card and show them to our instructor/ divemaster before being able to dive with us. Park Entrance Fees - Please be informed that Mabul/Sipadan Park Entrance Fees are subject to change without prior notice. If there are price changes by the Malaysian Government, we require our customer to pay an additional amount. Diving Ban - Our divemasters reserve the right to ban anyone from diving deemed unfit without the possibility of a refund Sipadan - A permit is required to go to Sipadan. Such a permit shall be applied at least 2 weeks prior to arrival. Bookings on short notice can still be accepted if fully paid in advance. Should Sipadan Scuba be unable to obtain a permit a full refund will be given (or a proportional refund if Sipadan is booked as part of a package)
