PADI Search & Recovery Diver
Why PADI Search and Recovery Diver?
Imagine you lose an outboard engine, or worse your wedding ring drops down from the boat! In this course, you learn how to search for objects both small and big using various search patterns and how to secure a heavy object to a lift bag using different knots and bring it to the surface.
What do I need to start?
All you need is your advanced open water diver certification and you must be 12 years of age or older.
What will be included:
You will be doing 4 training dives over 2 days at islands such as Sibuan, Mantabuan or Mabul
Free equipment rental and picnic lunch are provided
Boat transfers Semporna - Island - Semporna
Instructor tuition and PADI certification
Where can I go from here?
The Search and Recovery course is ideally be proceeded by the Underwater Navigator course. The PADI Search and Recovery Diver course is also highly recommended for those planning to take the PADI Divemaster course and the PADI IDC.
